Our models can be equipped with a number of cost effective options, including dual speed which enables a low speed for carefully positioning a load, and a fast speed for normal operation. You can also choose a model with a chain container, and this is essentially the collection box or bag that gathers the excess slack load chain and protects it from damaging the load. We always recommend that you add a chain collector to your model, and it’s a cheap addition.
Limit switches can also be included, and these allow the operator to set accurate positions for the maximum and minimum hook paths. This ensures that the operator is unable to accidently lift or lower the load too far, causing unintentional damage. Radio remote controls will also optimise safety, and it means that the user can stand at a safe distance, while getting a better angle of the load and the surrounding area.
