At Cranes UK, we will supply and fit a variety of radio remote control systems for all kinds of applications within the lifting industry. These kinds of appliances offer great benefits to the operators, saving time and helping to improve safety on site. They’re a valuable purchase for all involved and will serve all those working within the lifting industry very well.

Radio remote control systems are ergonomically and efficiently designed to have a real impact on your work. They don’t just improve the safety of your processes by allowing operators to remotely work crane systems – they can also help you to improve your ways of working. By allowing the operators to be further away from the load, they’ll have a much better idea of what’s going on and will be able to spot any dangers or problems with far greater clarity.

The high quality remote control and receiver kits which we supply are easy to integrate into existing systems. They come with a variety of motions and speeds which include emergency stop features as standard. The radio control systems themselves consist of one or two hand-held radio remote controls – the number will depend on the brand you choose. The signal is than transmitted from these devices to the controls in the crane or hoist, allowing your action to be carried out instantaneously.

The Crane Radio Control Conversion which we supply from ARC is the ideal choice if you want to convert an existing pendant operated piece of equipment. For the installation, we offer two options – on-site or off-site. If you choose on-site, our engineers will come out to you and get your new system up and running without you having to lose out on operation time. If you want a lower-priced option, choose off-site installation. A courier will collect your equipment so that the radio control system can be installed by a qualified technician at our workshop.

A Flex Series Radio Control System from ARC is a premium option for hoists and cranes. There are two handsets with each system which offer dual speed control if this is compatible with your device. Everything within this range is rugged and long-lasting, able to operate in harsh outdoor conditions whilst remaining completely protected from moisture.
