The Green Pin Heavy Duty Polar Bow Shackles With Safety Nut And Bolt Pin G-5163 are manufactured from grade 8 alloy steel that has been quenched and tempered. The 120t shackle is hot dip galvanised with the 150t and 200t shackles silver painted on the body and green painted on the pin. The polar bow shackles are for use when there is extreme weather and extreme weight, Suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -40C up to 200C.
The green pin polar bow shackles come with proof load certificates and 150t and above shackles come supplied with Lloyds register of shipping proof load certificates. All the shackles are individually marked with Size, working load limit, and the manufacturers mark.
